Celeste is from Waimanalo and has a Bachelor degree in Business Administration-Accounting from the University of Hawaiʻi, West Oʻahu. She brings several years of operational management expertise to the ʻImi Hoʻōla Post-Baccalaureate Program. Celeste has a focus on education and training programs for Native Hawaiians and the underserved or disadvantaged. She provides support to the overall program while serving as the primary point of communication for students, faculty and the community at large.
