Celeste serves as the Administrative Officer for the Department of Native Hawaiian Health, where she supports human resources, fiscal operations, and overall departmental administration to help ensure our work is aligned with our mission and values. She is from Waimānalo and previously provided administrative and fiscal support for nearly 10 years with the ʻImi Hoʻōla Post-Baccalaureate Program before transitioning into her current role.
