‘A‘ohe hana nui ke alu ‘ia—No task is too big when done together by all.

Since 2007, Lau Ola Clinic providers have been serving the Papakōlea community by providing health screening and blood pressure monitoring for those clients in the community who are there to receive lomilomi from Na Lomilomi o Papakōlea weekly. Medical and pharmacy students who are rotating through Lau Ola Clinic as well as pre-med and other medical students join in the health screening.  We kokua in other health screening venues and first aid booths including Papakōlea Annual Health Fair, ‘Aha Kane, ‘Aha Wahine, Pa‘i Foundation, and Pu‘ukoholā, to name a few. It is wonderful to help serve our Native Hawaiian communities.
