NIH awards advance care planning study for Native Hawaiian elders and their families during the pandemic in Hawai’i
Dr. Marjorie Mau along with Dr. Michael Paasche-Orlow of the Boston Medical Center, and Dr. Angelo Volandes of Harvard and four community partners will co-lead this project. The partners include Kula no nā Po’e Hawai’i (Native Hawaiian homestead of Papakōlea), Lunalilo Home, ‘Ahahui o nā Kauka (Association of Native Hawaiian Physicians), and Queen’s Medical Center in North Hawai’i and Punchbowl.
